1. Responsible for project development and execution, filter and analyze potential M&A opportunities, as well as reserve investment targets;

2. Independently conduct industry research, financial model construction, valuation analysis, and lead due diligence and project execution throughout the entire process;

3. Actively maintain customer and core resource relationships.

1. Finance, accouting or other related backgrounds, with over 3 years of work experience, composite background is preferred;

2. 1-2 years of experience in merger and acquisition, fully involved in multiple M&A transactions;

3. Deeply involve at least 1 specific area, with a deep understanding and practical ability in the industry;

4. Excellent project management and comprehensive analysis skills, strong ability to master details.
